Holiday Inn Weirton-Steubenville Area

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice, food pretty good. The reunion facilities were very nice and again the staff efficient, respectful and friendly. One staff person, Vickie, was kind to a mobility-challenged couple and offered to get their plates at the buffet for them. That was above and beyond, well done!

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean. Your housekeeping staff was polite and attentive. Top notch value for money!

I personally did not stay, but booked a few rooms at this hotel for some employees. By far one of the best hotels I have ever worked with. Y,all always answer the phone, are extremely polite, and are the quickest at making room adjustments and extensions. This is the only hotel I don't have to reserve an entire day to make reservations or adjustments. Thank you for making the process so easy and non-stressful. Y'all are amazing and appreciated!
